again, with the smellies

Ok, after trying a good 3 dozen or so scents, I've found a few favorites. I.e. - These are the ones I actually want a full bottle of, so far.

Death on a Pale Horse - omg. guh. I can't say much more than that. I <3<3<3 this one so much... This one is proof that I'm not allergic to *true* lavender - I adore the lavender in this one and it doesn't give me migraines.

Pet Magah Bird - A new favorite. Especially surprising because it's so foody. I think the frangipani balances everything so it doesn't just smell like a bag of jelly beans.

Worm Moon - Smells like a disused old carriage house, down to the decaying leaves and cracked flagstones. Nice.

Whitechapel - At first sniff, ugh. Lemon Pledge. After it dries, guh. Lilacky musk. *drool*

Mag Mell - Sweet and green and gold and exactly what I think those perfect photographs of a sun-drenched field of wheat would smell like.

Bastet - Egyptian musk, amber, and lotus! How could this go wrong? Thankfully, they temper the saffron enough that it doesn't smell like plastic on me.

Hecate - Sweet, but not foody sweet. Again, guh.

Tushnamatay - My first BPAL scent and still a favorite. Jasmine + sandalwood = drool. Very calming, but exotic at the same time.

Grandmother of Ghosts - Named after Mania, Mother of Madness, Roman Goddess of the Dead. It's creepy old lady perfume! To me it smells like mausoleum stones and dried flowers.
