mornings....

Who in their right mind ever thought that being up and functional at 7am was a good idea? I mean, half the year it's not even light outside yet. And the baby certainly doesn't like it... since the sun started coming up later, every morning when I put Lily in the carseat she looks at me and says 'mommy, dark.' She wants to go back to sleep too. Even farm animals aren't awake this early!!! If I lived on a farm, I *might* have gotten more sleep. That should tell you something. This is utterly ridiculous.
