9/21/09

Walked around the block fast enough to break a sweat. 1/4 mile - I'm going to try and work up to 4 circuits or one mile total.
Heel lifts - 2 sets, 15 reps each
Wall pushups - 4 sets, 15 reps each
Chair crunches - 2 sets, 12 reps each
Leg extentions - 2 sets, 12 reps each
Office Yoga - 5 minutes


I need to dig up my step counter. I think it's in my backpack somewhere.
